Consumer's Medical Resource, Based in Pembroke, MA, is seeking an experience Marketing Director.

Job Description
Successful candidate will possess an understanding of the employer health management and healthcare benefits industry, develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives for CMR.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate all marketing and promotional staff and activities including B2B marketing activities (email campaigns, Direct Mail)
• Manage creation and execution of customer communications (marcom) programs used to increase program utilization and awareness
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
• Determine and manage the marketing budget
• Liaison with media and industry trade associations
• Analysis of current market conditions and competitor information
• Provide sales support through coordination of proposal execution, collateral development and PowerPoint Presentation development
• Ongoing management of corporate website in partnership with outsourced web firm
• Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products

Skills
• Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
• Technical marketing skills
• Proven experience in customer and market research
• Relevent decision-support product, employee benefits, healthcare or population health management industry knowledge
• Experience with relevant software applications
