Our goal with employees is to improve their knowledge about their condition and to strengthen
communication with their physician for shared decision making.
We provide employees with the support they need to build the skills required for successful
behavior change and ongoing self-management. We incorporate a unique and comprehensive
educational process with each employee or dependent who uses our MDS service. This process
has resulted in reduced medical mistakes, improved quality of care, and very high satisfaction
rates among employees and their families.
